The ideal candidate has 6+ years in operations consulting, a Lean Six Sigma belt, and strong data-driven decision abilities, with excellent virtual collaboration skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in business process improvement or operations consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Experience with process mapping, analysis, and redesign methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments of client business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document optimized business processes using lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and guide clients through executing process changes.
• Utilize data analytics and modeling to quantify performance and measure impact of improvements.
• Facilitate remote workshops and training sessions for client teams on process improvement techniques.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and client relationships in a remote setting to ensure measurable outcomes.
