Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Business Process Consultant to join a globally distributed team. You will analyze client workflows, identify pain points, and implement best-practice process design from a fully remote setting, driving operational excellence across diverse industries.

You will design processes with Lean Six Sigma, map procedures, and facilitate virtual workshops while maintaining strong client engagement and independent management of engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or consulting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage client engagements remotely.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and relevant methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills adapted for a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for enhancement.
• Design optimized business processes leveraging lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and digital tools.
• Develop detailed process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate virtual workshops with clients to gather requirements, communicate changes, and ensure buy-in.
• Monitor the implementation of new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
