You will apply expertise in process analysis, optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma to drive efficiency and cost savings from anywhere, with collaboration across operations, quality, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial process engineering or similar.
• Proven track record implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes using engineering principles and simulation tools.
• Analyze production data to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Develop and document SOPs for new and existing processes.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and R&D to ensure seamless integration.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance production capabilities.
