Qualifications

- 10+ years in electrical design for renewable energy systems.
- Proven track record leading complex electrical design projects from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of power conversion, grid integration, and energy storage technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of electrical systems for renewable energy projects.
- Define architecture, specs, and BOM for scalable solutions.
- Perform analyses, simulations, and feasibility studies.
- Mentor engineers across locations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee validation and testing ensuring compliance with international standards.
