Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand with over $1B in sales, is hiring a PPC Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of Google Ads and to run Meta campaigns in the mix. You will build campaign structures, run the optimization loop and document AI-assisted workflows to scale paid search globally.

Work remotely with global teams, report to the Senior Manager, PPC, and drive end-to-end improvements from setup through measurement, while keeping a sharp focus on performance and compliance with brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing Google Ads.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong keyword research and search-term analysis skills.
• Ability to design campaign structures from scratch with clear rationale.
• Experience managing USD 500,000+/month spend.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and Shopping.
• Coordinate Meta campaigns and integrate with Google Ads.
• Run daily optimization loops and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Validate AI-assisted workflows before applying changes.
• Document workflows and scaling strategies for the team.
