Placements24 is hiring a highly analytical Remote Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to drive targeted traffic, leads and ROAS for a fast-growing e-commerce business. This fully remote role focuses on end-to-end PPC lifecycle—from strategy and keyword research to ad creation, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of proven PPC experience, expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics, and a strong ability to analyze data and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of proven PPC campaign management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC strategies across Google/Bing Ads and other search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Create ad copy and landing pages with web dev collaboration.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve KPI (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Manage budgets to maximize performance and meet goals.
• Run A/B tests on copy, keywords, and landing pages.
• Generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on PPC trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with SEO/content teams for cohesive growth.
