Placements24 in Pretoria is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist focused on Paid Search (PPC) and SEO to drive qualified traffic and conversions for our ecommerce platforms. You will plan, execute and optimize campaigns to increase online visibility and revenue.

This role requires 3+ years of hands-on PPC and SEO experience, proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO tools, and strong analytical, CRO and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field is required.
• 3+ years hands-on PPC advertising and SEO experience required.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) expected.
• Strong analytics, CRO, UX understanding and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis and campaign performance monitoring to maximize ROI.
• Plan and implement on-page SEO, link building and technical SEO audits.
• Analyze website data using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on PPC and SEO trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
