About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their expanding virtual sales force covering the Gauteng region. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through digital engagement and virtual presentations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers through virtual interactions.
• Conduct effective virtual product presentations and detailing sessions to educate stakeholders on product benefits and features.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding customer needs and competitive activities.
• Manage and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably with remote capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent virtual communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare industry.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
