• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• One account you turned around: metrics before/after and why the change worked.

Responsabilités

• Owns performance marketing strategy across PPC and SEO.
• Directs PPC and SEO strategists; accountable for results.
• Sets channel budgets and audit standards; writes them and enforces them.
• Owns client-facing communications when accounts underperform.
• Plans hiring for the department and conducts first-round interviews.
