Qualifications

• Master''s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance improvement, operational excellence, or a consulting role.
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma; certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and visualization experience.
