Placements24 is seeking a Remote Performance Improvement Lead for a leading management consulting firm. The role serves a national client base, with focus on organizations in Polokwane, Limpopo, driving operational efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

You will diagnose performance gaps, design and implement re-engineering initiatives, lead virtual workshops, and manage cross-functional teams from a remote setting, delivering measurable cost savings and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Master''s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance improvement, operational excellence, or a consulting role.
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma; certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and visualization experience.
• Excellent virtual communication, leadership, and stakeholder management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements diagnosing performance gaps and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze operational data and business processes to identify root causes of underperformance.
• Design and implement process re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage project teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of improvements.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and change management activities.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track impact of solutions.
• Collaborate with client leadership to ensure buy-in and sustainable adoption.
