Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, operations, or related field focusing on process improvement.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other CI methodologies.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex process optimization programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, remote team management, and stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in ROI analysis and financial modeling for improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
