About the Role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role, with a strong consulting background.
• Proven experience in leading operational excellence initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams remotely.
• Experience in diverse industries is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
