You will maintain employee data in the payroll system, resolve queries, liaise with external service providers and government agencies, and support the HR and finance teams. Flexible remote work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Payroll Management, HR, or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years' payroll administration experience.
• Proficiency with VIP Payroll or Sage and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and payroll taxes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with SA payroll legislation (PAYE, UIF, SDL).
• Maintain employee data in the payroll system and manage changes.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
• Handle payroll queries with timely resolutions.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and government agencies.
