Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis according to company cycles.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial payroll tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee data in the payroll system, including hires, terminations, and changes to compensation or benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and pay stubs promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and file payroll taxes and remittances on schedule.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies or errors.
