Job summary

WatersEdge Solutions is recruiting a Payroll Manager to oversee HR operations and payroll coordination for Swiss activities in a remote, globally distributed environment. You will ensure compliance with Swiss labour leasing legislation and employment law while liaising with SECO and cantonal authorities.

The role requires strong knowledge of Swiss regulations, as well as experience managing payroll inputs, contracts, and HR documentation for the Swiss entity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in labour leasing, staffing operations, HR operations, or recruitment with operational responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour leasing regulations, Swiss employment law, and staffing industry GAV requirements
• Experience engaging with Swiss regulatory authorities and managing payroll processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Swiss payroll provider, including timesheets, leave, sick pay and allowances
• Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate personnel and labour records and respond to HR/payroll queries
• Act as Responsible Person for the Swiss entity and liaise with SECO and cantonal authorities
• Drive HR operations improvements and ensure compliance across Swiss engagements
