Placements24 is seeking an experienced Partnerships Development Manager to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, government agencies, and NGOs. The role emphasizes remote collaboration, CSR expertise, and a strategic approach to expanding impact in the Eastern Cape, including East London.

Key responsibilities include developing partnerships strategy, negotiating agreements, and driving stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or relationship management in the non-profit sector or related field.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strategic alliances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of CSR and sustainable development principles.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the socio-economic context of the Eastern Cape, especially around East London.
