You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience across multiple clients. You will work with US-based clients on live calls in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience at an agency handling multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
