Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with proven results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and optimization decisions.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• The 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and report results in calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
