Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives. You will be the strategic voice in calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and own the 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans, while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
