You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding, and craft the 90-day roadmaps with clear storytelling on performance and growth for long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Foster account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
