Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and craft 90-day roadmaps with quarterly storytelling during client calls.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for client accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocations, bids, targeting, testing, and when to pause campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate performance on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
