Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record, agency-side multi-client exposure, and clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing for campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers in calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
