Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, bidding, budgeting and narrative decisions, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

This role requires hands-on management across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads and the ability to explain performance on live calls. You will drive ROAS improvements, manage agency-scale workloads across multiple clients, and coordinate with US,

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
Implement and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
Develop a 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and present the story behind the numbers on calls.
Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
