You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, creative testing, and measurement with GA4 and Tag Manager, and develop 90‑day roadmaps that drive growth for multi‑location clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and report the story behind numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
