Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites, shaping targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation and bidding, and lead conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and pixels.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
