Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care accounts. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bid strategies and reporting, and guide client discussions on roadmaps and performance narratives.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, agency multi-client experience, and clear English for US calls. Remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
