You are the strategic voice in talks and make the calls. Responsibilities include managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, setting budgets, testing creative, and ensuring accurate attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixel data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Lead the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
