You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives and track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, crafting quarterly roadmaps and driving long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta across multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements with campaigns.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for urgent care accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and manage the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and narrate performance.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and strong client relationships.
