Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a hands-on Paid Ads Manager to drive campaign execution and optimization for global clients. This remote role focuses on performance, data, and automation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA, with collaboration to integrate programmatic and CTV partners and to improve tracking and reporting.

You'll own bidding strategies, analyze trends, and contribute to scalable processes while working with US-based time zones and a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMAX, Remarketing).
• Proficient in GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
• Agency environment experience with client campaigns and reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack/Zoom/Workspace) and US- or UK-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, PMAX); Meta Ads; and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Support planning and optimization with external Programmatic/CTV vendors.
• Coordinate targeting, budgets, and feedback with partners; implement tracking across GA4/Google Ads.
• Apply automated bidding and conversion optimization strategies; monitor performance and opportunities.
• Document workflows and best practices for consistency and scalability; collaborate with internal teams for reporting.
