You will be the strategic voice on client calls and drive growth across multi-location accounts. You should have 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience managing multiple clients, and strong English with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS or CPA.
• Experience in managing multiple clients within an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and knowing when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.
