Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, urgent care, who will own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple platforms. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and the narrative around performance for clients during campaigns.

You will bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and ability to communicate clearly with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads with proven campaign optimization.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate numbers to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
