Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager (Urgent Care) to own paid media strategies for a book of urgent care clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, and the narrative behind performance in collaboration with clients on live calls.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, agency experience across several clients, and strong English for US-based calls. This is a remote, full-time role with global clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline influence.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing and pausing campaigns as needed.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with performance storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and multi-location collaboration.
