Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a fully remote team serving clients in the Kimberley region. You will drive new business from lead generation to closing, using virtual presentations and CRM tools to manage opportunities.

In this remote role, you’ll build relationships, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. A proven quota track record and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an outside sales or business development role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
