Blacksmith Agency is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, test messaging, and continuously optimize targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
