You will develop strategies, assess readiness, design communication and engagement programs, deliver virtual training, monitor progress, and collaborate with project teams and leadership to align change initiatives with overall goals in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
• 6-8 years of change management consulting or leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
