Placements24 is seeking a senior Remote Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to guide clients through large-scale transformations. The role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive change programs, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and delivering measurable adoption of new strategies and processes in a fully remote setting.

You will lead virtual workshops, develop communication and training plans, and collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities
