Placements24 partners with a leading management consultancy to hire a Management Consultant specializing in Organisational Design. This fully remote role enables you to influence client structures and performance from anywhere while collaborating with diverse organisations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in organisational design or HR consulting, with strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. Remote-first, global client base.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in organisational psychology, business administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational design or HR consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement operating models.
• Strong change management and talent management knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess existing organisational structures, roles and responsibilities.
• Design optimal organisational models aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop change management and stakeholder communication plans.
• Analyse workforce data to identify improvement areas.
• Facilitate leadership workshops on organisational design.
• Create role descriptions, career frameworks and performance systems.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement designs.
• Advise on talent acquisition, development and retention.
• Stay current with trends in organisational development.
