Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations administration or logistics coordination in e-commerce/retail.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP, and office apps.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with external partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution.
• Familiar with remote work tools and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in BA/SCM or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Eastern Cape logistics landscape is a plus.

• Liaise with 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers for timely shipment.
• Monitor shipment statuses and address delays; communicate updates.
• Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and costs.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics procedures to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on performance, costs, and delivery times.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage returns and exchanges for customers.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and policies.
