Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in operations management with a focus on remote leadership and digital processes.
Proven track record in managing complex projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to motivate remote teams and drive efficiency in remote settings.
Excellent understanding of workflows, project management methodologies, and technology solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management for remote work.
Proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack, Teams) and PM software (Jira, Asana).
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize remote operational processes for digital transformation projects.
