The role focuses on coordinating cross-time-zone activities, optimizing processes, and enabling scalable operational delivery in a remote-first environment.

You will drive efficiency, establish metrics, and lead cross-functional collaboration to support rapid international growth and robust project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/operations.
• 5–7 years of operations management experience, preferably remote or distributed teams.
• Proven experience in process improvement, project management and performance optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management in a virtual setting.
• Strong collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a globally distributed operations team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies for efficiency and scalability across remote teams.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely project completion and resource allocation.
• Implement performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between remote teams and other departments.
• Identify tools and technologies to enhance remote productivity and cohesion.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
