You will lead data-driven process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma, collaborate with site managers remotely, develop ROI-backed plans, and communicate findings through detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
• Proficiency in data analysis, simulation software, and process mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and remote stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing procedures and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Develop and utilize data analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with site managers and teams to implement changes remotely.
• Create detailed reports outlining findings and proposed solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in operational efficiency.
