Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial engineering, operations management or supply chain optimization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of operational improvements across facilities.
• Develop and execute cost reduction, waste minimization, and cycle time optimization strategies.
• Oversee integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
