Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex operational transformation projects, ideally in remote or distributed teams.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements focused on operational improvement, process re-engineering, and efficiency gains.
• Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs tailored to client needs.
• Utilize data analytics and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop compelling business cases and project plans for operational transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate remote workshops, training sessions, and team collaborations using digital tools.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to client teams and junior consultants.
• Measure and report on impact of implemented solutions and KPI achievement.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital in operational excellence and digital transformation.
