Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant to spearhead process optimization initiatives in a fully remote role within South Africa. You will lead engagements to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable improvements across industries.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in management consulting or operations, strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise, and proven leadership in remote environments.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, operations, or related field focusing on process improvement.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other CI methodologies.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex process optimization programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, remote team management, and stakeholder influence.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in ROI analysis and financial modeling for improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
