Placements24 is recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultant focused on the Oil & Gas sector. This remote role allows you to source and place engineers, geoscientists, and operational staff for major energy projects across South Africa.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client partnerships, and leverage niche networks to attract top talent while meeting ambitious placement targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Oil & Gas or related sectors.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills for niche roles.
• Excellent client management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas clients.
• Identify niche technical and operational talent and engage with passive candidates.
• Utilise advanced sourcing strategies to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct thorough assessments ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to clients.
• Meet placement targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
