Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on the Energy Sector to join the Mossel Bay team in the Western Cape. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to sourcing, interviewing, and placing highly skilled professionals in oil, gas, renewables, and related industries.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong communication, and a proven track record of delivering technical placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment consultancy with energy sector specialization (oil & gas, renewables, power generation).
• Proven track record of placing candidates in technical and engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the energy sector and understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, engineering, and operational roles in the energy industry.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract niche talent including engineers, geoscientists, project managers, and technicians.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
