About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy focused on the energy sector, is actively seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Recruitment Specialist for a remote contractor role. This position is vital for sourcing and placing highly specialized professionals within upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations. You will be instrumental in identifying talent for critical roles, from geoscientists and reservoir engineers to project managers and rig personnel. The role requires a deep understanding of the technical complexities and safety-critical nature of the oil and gas industry, allowing you to effectively connect exceptional candidates with challenging project requirements, all from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
