Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years in renewable energy project development, with offshore wind focus.
• Proven track record in project finance, permits, and complex development processes.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind tech, supply chains and market dynamics.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess offshore wind sites considering resource availability and seabed conditions.
• Lead development processes including feasibility studies, EIAs and consenting strategies.
• Secure permits and approvals from government and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial models, and investment cases for offshore wind.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, communities, and partners.
