Qualifications

You will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by building relationships with landowners, securing permits, and navigating the complexities of project financing and development. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for renewable energy projects, conducting feasibility studies and preliminary assessments.
• Develop and manage project pipelines, from initial concept through to financial close and construction readiness.
• Negotiate and secure land leases, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and other necessary contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, utility companies, and investors.
• Prepare and present project proposals, development plans, and financial models to internal stakeholders and potential investors.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the renewable energy landscape.
